Combined, our pneumatic division - Oakley's largest - has over 250 Owner Operators. It is a diversified division in itself and provides a variety of specific services to a variety of customers.

    REQUIREMENTS
    Straight Pneumatic hauling requires investment in a blower - provided by Oakley and is installed at our North Little Rock shop during orientation.

    VACUUM TANKS

    Our Vacuum Pneumatic division employs more than 50 Owner Operators. Trailers are equipped with quick-disconnect T's, for efficient disassembly during cleaning. Trailers and hoses are cleaned between all loads unless specified by the customer.

    FUEL PAY RATES FROM 09/03/1978 to 09/21/1993.

    All pay miles are calculated by PC Miler (most practical route, zip code
    to zip code). This pay is between 95% and 105% of actual miles run.

    Loaded and empty mile pay will vary weekly based on the National Average of Fuel Surcharge.
